It states on this same site that there is not termination fee for transfer of services. The cardholders bank was in the wrong to have issued a chargeback, and Elavon will not make an exception to their predatory policy of a non-refundable charge. Even when your customer withdraws their chargeback (like mine did) they let things slide until you are at the pre-arbitration stage where either you agree to accepting the chargeback or you risk incurring a heavy fine for not doing so.
